Led by our experienced pilates instructor and mum herself, Jayde, these small, friendly, and inclusive classes are the perfect way to begin your postpartum pilates journey. With a focus on safe and effective exercises, these classes are designed to help you regain strength, flexibility, and confidence. Plus, babies are welcome to attend, making it a truly family-friendly experience. Join us and receive the one-on-one support you need to thrive. As a nutritionist Jayde has also developed a short nutritional program to run alongside the pilates course, you'll learn about what good nutrition looks like and how to ensure both you and bubs are getting optimal nutrition to thrive.
