Mums & Bubs Classes
Our Mum & Bubs Classes are designed for all Mum's
Children of all ages are welcome to our "Mum and Bubs Classes".
We all know how tricky it is to juggle life as a Mum.
These classes are designed to support you, allowing you to take some time to stretch, move and strengthen whether your Bub is 6 weeks or 16 years old!
We have Pilates, Core and HIIT block courses avaiable to book.
Our Pregnancy classes are for all pregnant parents.
Our classes guide you through safe exercise and enable you to meet with other expectant parents to share your journey with.
It is safe to join our classes at any stage of your pregnancy, and you can continue throughout your full pregnancy. Our experienced and knowledgable instructors are here to support you safely through your pregnancy.
We recommend you inform your instructor directly if you have any concerns or special requirements throughout your classes.
If you have an at risk pregnancy, please seek clearance from your midwife or obstetrician before beginning class. If you're not sure, please contact us.
