About Health Down South

For your pelvic floor, core and so much more...

Health Down South has been a vision of Anna's for many years. With 20 years experience in pelvic floor physiotherapy Anna has been dedicated to the Southland community.

​

They wanted to create a Pelvic Hub in Southland, a one-stop-shop, with all the services you could possibly need, so you can thrive without pelvic issues getting in your way.

​

At Health Down South we can take care of your whole whanau. Providing care for the men, women, children and gender diverse communities of Southland.

​

Our goal is to help you regain confidence and get control back in your life, by supporting you to be more active and improve your overall wellbeing.

We offer a range of clinical services including

- Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

- Counselling

- (In)Fertility Coaching

- Massage

As well as being the home of Southland’s newest exercise studio, where we has selected some of Southland’s most experienced and knowledgeable instructors. While we specialise in safe exercise throughout the child bearing years, we also offer an array of classes to suit everyone.

Exercise Classes

All our classes operate as 6 week block courses now.

We hope this will enable you to commit to regular exercise, seeing improvements over the weeks and forge a community with the others in your class.

​

Our classes are held in our beautiful sun drenched (when the sun shines, that is) studio. We have small class sizes which enables you to get the one-on-one support you deserve. 

​

All our instructors are highly trained and experienced in their chosen discipline. Babies and children are welcome to attend alongside you.
